CANCELLATION POLICY

Important to Know

ZA Medi-Spa charges a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at ZA Medi-Spa and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers. Thank you.
